RedRoots is the work and therapies offered by Brook Elaine. She’s here to support you in discovery, healing, preparing, and connectedness through the practices of Integreal Wellness Coching, End of Life Coaching, Sound Journeys, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and Sacred Passage Death Doula.
She holds a safe space in your life, welcoming every part of you to relax, play, and discover yourself in different ways. Helping you to arrive to an inner awakening and knowing so that life may become more fluid with authenticity and clarity creating fulfillment and ease.

GRIEF RITUAL, SOUND BATH, AND POTLUCK
In a safe space held by an experienced facilitator, we are given the opportunity to fully allow our grief, in all its forms, to move through us and awaken us to our own aliveness and compassion -- the very medicine we need, personally and planetary. As we shift out of the current cultural paradigm of repression and denial of grief, towards the new vision of gathering together to grieve our losses fully, we heal our hearts individually and collectively.

Drum with Me
in a HEART CONECTION DRUM CIRCLE
It is through the rhthym of drums we create connection and healing vibrations. All are welcome and there are some drums to be shared. Be free to bring shakers, tambourines, and any other instrument, dance, expression, and freedom to be. We’ll be around a fire as weather permits so throw a blanket or chair and get comfy.

Healing Session, Out Door Soak, & Nourishing Food
Enjoy a three hour experience beigining with a personal 60 min healing session, 45 min soak in an outdoor claw foot tub, and replenish with nourisheing food and tea.
